We had an amazing visit to Lilongwe. We stayed at Mvuu camp inside the park and did as many safari trips as possible while we were there. The boat safaris are an excellent way of viewing the hippos and crocodiles. We also had wonderful views...More

The Sanctuary is critical to the recovery and reintegration of many species to their area. The veterinary clinic is well equipped, the in-house programme appears sound, and the volunteer opportunities are good. The guide was knowledgeable and offered good tif-bits. The only suggestion would be...More

Yes we saw some monkeys and a sleeping snake, and the walk in the forest was overall okey, but do not expect a world-reversing event, it is nice and interesting though.

Beautiful place but not too many animals to see but then again it’s a sanctuary and not a zoo. Managed to see the baboons, monkeys, owl and the python. Not worth a second visit though once is enough.

It's situated right by the hospital -- If you're in the area for an extended time for work, it's a good place to go for a walk or run. Not worth a visit if you're a short-stay tourist. Go to Zimbabwe if you want a...More

There were a crocodile, a snake and some monkeys. If you have ever been to a safari or just a normal zoo this place Will not impress you too much. The tour takes about an hour.
