We stopped hear on our last day and found beautfiul, reasonably priced paintings to take home. The 90 year old mother and her son who run it are lovely, and we really enjoyed chatting with them and learning about all of the artists they represent.

Just South off Kwame Nkrumah Circle, this art gallery has a nice selection of local painters, whose portfolio's you can look though for affordable pictures. I never fail to buy something here...

It was High Street then and 1985 I believe; the only place in town to have some food a beer and an oil painting as souvenir!
