Definitely not a standout religious building. I feel a lot of Cathedrals makes it to the top of TA rankings just because of their status... This Cathedral is located on the main street and you are boun to walk by it, so definitely check it...More

Mostly christians in Eritrea. This church gives the congregation a beautiful place to worship. Bulit by the Italian. Well maintained by the locals. A prominent building in the capital. Easy to locate.

Holy Cow, this place takes up 1/2 a block of the city's prime real estate and makes a bunch of noise to boot. Also the busiest bus stop on the boulevard. Other than that, a place to see poor people looking for hope.

The only place in Asmara where you can attend a Roman Catholic mass in Roman liturgy, in Italian. Typical atmosphere of an Italian church.
