Our travel operator hired Wild Horizons to transfer us from the Kruger National Park to the airport where we flew to Zambia. Wild Horizons then collected us at the Zambia. Airport and drove us to the border and helped us with Zimbabwe immigration. Another Wild Horizons van from Zimbabwe then picked us up and drove us to our Victoria Fall's hotel. The pick up and drop offs were seamless. The drivers were safe and timely and all went on without a hitch. However, I must call attention to our driver in Zambia, Charles. Charles collected us from the Zambia airport and took us to the Zimbabwe border. He had the immigration forms ready, filled out the info re our Victoria Fall's hotel and had us fill out the rest. When we got to the border we sailed on through immigration. There was a large group of Canadians ahead of us who did not have such detailed service from their transfer operator. You needed address and phone number of the Zimbawe hotel and since there was no internet connection at the border, they had to go back to their van to find paper documents. As we were going through immigration, Charles was taking care of customs for us so that it took a minute for us to sail through customs. The poor Canadians didn't know which windows to go to. It was a hot day, the room not air conditioned, it was starting to get more crowded and we were so thankful to have Charles who had the fore sight and knowledge re what was needed for the border crossing. A long hot hour of confusion was avoided because of Charles and we were in and out in minutes.
