Well maintained and spacious mall, with wide variety of shops and restaurants. Good place to take out family for shopping and eating out, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of guarded parking space. The downside is that most shops open for half day on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays - unlike malls in most African cities and the rest of the world.

The village is a nice outdoor walk-in shopping area. Many coffee shops, supermarkets, and different kind of shops are available as you walk the village all arranged in a nice English style architecture. The village also has movie theatre and nice Gym. Different cuisine restaurants provide good variety of food. the village is recommended to visit. The place is safe and clean. Most of the shops close at 5, supermarkets at 8, and restaurants at 10

The place to be on a lazee Saturday and or Sunday strolling around gazing at all the good wares on sale and coming across the aroma of some delectable foods that make your taste buds tell you that there will be more to come back for. Great day out with friends and family and all the stall holders are very pleasant and the atmosphere is HOME - ALWAYS. Love you our ZIMBABWE.

There are two shopping centers in Harare . One of them is avondale flea market and another is Sam levi village.
If you decide to see local market and buy handmade products, it is better to choose avondale flea market, but if you decide to visit a luxary shopping center , it is better to go Sam levi village.
There are a few restaurant , but we went to Cafe Nush just infront of this shops. It was great.
There are many shops

Still the pre-eminent shopping destination in Harare but only because there is no real competition. The original village strip is looking tired and some of the shops are in real need of a face life and refurb. Places like Truworths and Edgars are tatty and old and lack any sort of pizzaz. The only saving grace for the old section are the excellent coffee shops there. The newer section of the village is definitely more modern and inviting and the open air market is fun.

Wide variety of shops, banks and restaurants. There is plenty safe parking space. You can drive from one parking space to another or you just park in one place and enjoy walking around. The young children highlight is the Christmas lights every year the place makes Christmas come alive.

Thisis a one stop shopping mall and you get everything you want and need.It is ideal place for family and groups but at some point you can get lost in the crowd. Some of the shops are a bit pricey but you can always shop around. Great parking place, very secure and accessible. Loved the beautiful gardens,so well manicured and all flowers are in bloom. A place to meet different people too.

This is the second time I have visited Sam Levys ( 2015, and 2017 ). It was much better in 2015,when Zimbabwe had a plentiful supply of US dollars, sadly that is no longer the case. Sam Levys is still a great place for shopping, with the supermarkets stocking everything one needs, great restaurants, particularly the one next to Food Lovers market, and the one next to Pick and Pay supermarket called Nush's Cafe.

Borrowdale Shopping mall. Loads of activities to partake. Over a full day especially on a Sunday with the flea market in the parking lot next to spar.

Wow,the place is amazing, set in a lovely mall. The food is great, wide selection to choose from. Lunch hour was a bit hectic but past that the place is lovely. Only the humps gave us a headache, our car is quite low. There is plenty of of secure parking so it was so worth it👍
