I wish I had more time here, and more time in the store, as well. This offers a beautiful insight into Berber culture, with information in Arabic, French and English. I do't recall if other languages were available. This was a perfect place to visit...More

Beautiful museum attached to the Jardin Majorelle with an amazing array of relics from Berber history. The lighting inside is very tasteful making jewellery exhibit look very large.

I arrived there very early in the morning. The museum was not open. My driver woke the museum keeper up to open the door :-) The museum was the house of village leader, a stunning house and very nice. Khalid ben Yousef, The museum keeper,...More

Even if you didn't like pretty, shady gardens, it'd be worth the price of admission to the Majorelle Gardens just to come here. (It's 70MAD to get into the gardens and an additional 30MAD for the museum.) The museum is very professionally done, with captions...More

It's small yet so well put together. It provides insight into the history of the Berbers as well as their contribution to greater Moroccan culture. Exhibits range from agriculture and religion to jewelry and music. For 30 dirhams, this museum is well worth it.

This museum should be on everyone's must visit list. To visit the gardens and not visit the museum, no matter how long the line, is an absolute mistake. The items on display are impressive but the design of the museum and manner of curation puts...More

Inside the Jardin Majorelle. Small museum of Berbere tools, jewelry and clothing. Room with jewels is a starry night. Great to see this. Add to your ticket.

Well documented, great exhibits, well researched museum inside the Jardin Marjorelle. Must visit as part of Garden Tour. Aimed at international crowd, I found it more informative than some of the local museums.

We were told about this wonderful museum by our guide in Marrakech, who highly recommended it. It is easy to reach, although up a fairly steep hill, and a short walk from the closest car park (just outside the Women's Cooperative for Arran Oil). Sarah...More
