By walking down to the harbour its possable to both watch Fishermen and boats as well as view the City from a differing perspective. I took a ferry accross the Bay ( Summer season Only ) which increased my perspective of this very picturesque City

I enjoyed the sea and peoples. I was amazed by the view. I found nice shop to buy souvenirs and this place have a history behind it

Really nice pier that is undergoing some renovation. I think it can be amazing with a few more renovations. Would recommend visiting the pier to anyone spending time in Algeria

It is worth the trip to Sidi Fredj to enjoy looking at The French architect Pouillon’s wotk which is majestic still.

The great wall or bastion, built for the French by the British, looks over the railway line and port, while along the length of its colonnade are mansions and official buildings of great interest.

The fort is scenic and you have great view of Mediterranean sea. next to it there is long beach.Nice place to spend some cool time at beach. In winters sea water will be so cold ,if you are looking for a hell of a experience...More

Nice place to visit if in Algiers. Not much action there but nice views and good to be there on a windy day since you get all the wind there from the sea.

Lovely Old fashion Mediterranean fishermen port very pleasant to visit.... I would recommend to avoid Friday's as it risks to be over crowded...
