Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Freedive's dock during sunset is very relaxing, spiritual and edificant experience I've ever had.

Ruben is a very talented instructor that will be able to adapt his Yoga session to all levels, it doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or an expert, you'll have an excellent experience.

Wether you want to connect with your inner self, get fitter or improve your flexibility, Yoga with Ruben will definitely help accomplish your personal goals.

He'll provide you with mats, you just need to bring water and a towel.

Morning classes are at "The Museum" and afternoon classes at the dock at Free Dive, there's Yoga everyday!! sometimes even more than 2 sessions available on one day, so it's good to Like them and keep posted on Facebook.

Namaste!

Appreciated Lisa's excellent instruction guiding the Yoga practice. Also had the opportunity to enjoy the sunset Yoga at the Freedive centre. Suggest keeping an eye on the facebook site as the best way to monitor the class schedule.

I was thrilled to find that Yoga Utila offered classes every day on the Island, either at 'The Museum' location or on the platform at Freedive. Paula led the sunset yoga from the platform and I can't think of a better way to end the day. Gracias!

Enjoyed the Ashtanga class. If I'm ever back in Utila we'll definitely carve out more time for Yoga. Really nice instructor and facility. Appreciated and very affordable.

Sunset with Yoga Utila is the best part of my day - wash away stress and appreciate some time in the present.

Great instructors and a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere mean the classes are suitable for complete beginners right through to advanced levels.

Anyone can show up, feel at home, socialise, and learn something new without feeling inadequate.

All of this goes on while watching the spectacular sunset over the bay!

Emma and Lisa are great! The lessons are at an amazing location (on a peer overlooking the bay, and from where you can enjoy the sunset). The are both knowledgeable instructors that cater for both experienced and beginning participants.

This was my first time taking a yoga class. As I'm extremely inflexible I was initially a little worried however after just my first class I was completely at ease. Emma and Lisa both know their stuff when it comes to Yoga, providing me with alternative poses for those that are at this moment, unachievable.

I went to sunset yoga session on the dock of Freedive Utila almost every day I was on Utila. It was a great way to finish each day.

Thanks for introducing me to the world of yoga emma and lisa!

The setting at Free Dive is perfect for sunset yoga. As you start your practise the sun is just approaching the horizon and by the time you're laying in final savasana you're looking up at the stars. At only 100 lps or $5 per class it is definitely worth trying out a yoga class after a few days of diving. Just be sure to bring your bug spray!

I did a couple of classes with Emma and Lisa. The studio and the instructors are really nice. They have morning, and afternoon classes so you'll find a suitable one for yourself. Also they do yoga on the docks in the open air, the sunset yoga, which is really nice with the evening breeze. No fixed fees, they work on donation basis.

Thank you Emma and Lisa!

Emma was a doll: friendly, patient, and gave useful advice. Thank you very much for tips and suggestions for my ciatica and foot arch; I'm still working on those poses :)
