A group of us did this excursion last week, it was amazing! We all rated it highly & recommend anyone travelling to Belize to do this tour. As everyone else recommends, eat breakfast first thing; wear waterproof clothing that dries quickly & bring a change...More

Probably the most interesting and challenging thing I'll ever do. Possible danger is involved, so be prepared. Swimming, climbing, descending and scaling are all involved. If you are not in good shape, I would not recommend this endeavor. Sooner or later, this site will be...More

Booked a tour through the San Ignacio Resort Hotel that included the drive, packed lunch, towels, water, gear and guided tour. Our tour guide Renand(?) was fantastic. This is for the adventurous in relatively good shape. You will swim, hike, spelunk, crawl, stretch, lift and...More

Loved everything about this excursion. Went with Belize Family Afvrntures and Eric was amour guide. Super knowledgeable and always made sure that everyone was following and everyone was safe. Food after trek was also very good. One of the highlights from our trip in Belize.

An amazing adventure! The physical adventure of swimming into the cave, climbing the rocks, hiking through the jungle. The knowledge shared about the cave and the people who used them so long ago. Bendybusbuggy's tips below are spot-on! My only addition: don't carry anything in...More

There’s no question that this is a cool experience. Wading/swimming through water and tight crevices and exploring cool cave formations were the coolest parts. However, all of that lasted 15-30 minutes. We then stood around for hours waiting for groups ahead of us to slowly...More

This was absolutely amazing. I have done many cool things in my life, but this one may top them all. I highly recommend you do this before the cave gets too much foot traffic. How many people can say that they waded through waste deep...More
