If you're looking for a place to kayak in Southern California, Catalina Island is the best! Kayak rentals are reasonable, crew members were friendly and will definitely take care of you!

Don't forget to bring your phone- they do offer protective cases for such things. The tour guide we had was fun and knew a lot about the island. We almost got to see a pod of dolphins feeding up close- but their food got scared...More
