Unfortunately we did not have time to go inside but the guide said that the view from up the tower is excellent. She did relate the history to us and we just walked pass the building. Hope to return and visit soon.

Very interesting incite into the history of astronomy. At one point housing the largest telescope in the world. Great views of Tartu from the top.

This is lonely old building included nuseum and watch tower with a view in Toome hill. A little bit old fashioned but very cute and peaceful place.
