The Tartu Old City is full of interesting buildings and monuments, nice coffee shops and restaurants. It's a peaceful place with a special vibe.

Tartu Old City is lovely old town but very different from Tallinn’s. Tartu is much smaller and there is not so much to see. Interesting thins though, like the old city hall and the old, ruined university.
