Incredibly many toys from your childhood to nowadays. It is worthwhile to spend at least 2 hours visiting the also the puppet museum (included in ticket).

A good option to visit while in Tartu, best enjoyed with kids who can enjoy different activities. It shows mostly Estonian toys and some soviet toys also. Pretty different if you grew up with Transformers/Gundam/Atari etc. Price of admission is 5eur.

A very large exposition full of toys both old and new. This ticket also includes a free visit to the puppet theatre museum. It was very fun to look at all of these toys in display.

The tickets are cheap and exhibition is huge. It includes a visit at the nearby puppet museum. Toys from various eras are exhibited. Activities are offered for children.
