The Viewing Point of Kohtoutsa is on the northern side of Toompea hill and is an excellent view of all the red roofs and spires that Tallinn is famous for and the Gulf of Finland.

Rick Steve's walking tour will lead you up to this crowded view point. Just wait until a tour passes to get close to the edge. The views are great and worth the hike and wait!

Was hard to find initially, but worth the climb to the top. The views are beautiful. The old walled city with it's red roofs and old architecture is a photographers dream
