An oasis away from the masses. Just cross the road to the park. Simple yet beautiful statue known as an unofficial memorial in the times of Stalin’s persecution of the people - the grieving mother.

The monument itself isn't all that great, however the park and trees around the statue are old, quirky and full of character that makes the statue worth a visit.

Very peaceful place, nice monument. We could have missed it easily as we were not looking for it. If you don't have enough time, you can skip it, no need to hurry.
