This is small garden not far from the Kohtuotsa viewing platform, where legend tells you a Danish King whose name I cannot pronounce was born. There is not an awful lot to see here, other than the stature of the man himself and a small...More

This is a small garden area full of history and nice statues. The legend says that Danish flag was born here.

Your guidebook is bound to take you through here- the statues add to the scene and give another fun photo opportunity. Great city views, but unless you time your visit you will share it with the masses with the same guide/ guidebooks!

Sure take it in as part of overall history about Old Town but it's a quick walk through and visit. Many other better things in Old Town to see.

One can see the old town quite well from here. Great views. Does get busy with tour groups. The statues of the monks were strange indeed.

This area is nice-enough, providing views over the newer town. It is apparently a frequent haunt of artists. When we visited it was full of tour groups and odd displays

This is a great place to view the medieval city walls, and look out over the old town. We first came here on a private walking tour, and had to come back. It's easy to access and there are cafe's around as well.

Pretty plaza with a nice lookout area that provides a nice lookout over Tallin. Lots of statues throughout with a restaurant on site. These walls were built to defend Tallin, you can climb the stairs to the tower for views.
