We had a good and comprehensive and fun tour by the very tall Ieva. The tour company wants small groups, hence they wait for you with 3 guides in case there are many attendants. Highly recommended.

Hi, No it does not go up the hill. The closest thing to the hill that you will visit with the tour is the Cathedral square.
