Budapest has a lot of market halls, while this is not the biggest, this is the most convenient. It has the convenience of free parking up to 90 minutes on most days. We do most of our food shopping here. This place is geared for...More

It was great to see a local market thanks to TripAdvisor reviews. Fascinating to see so many different types of pickles! We enjoyed the place a lot but I don’t seek glamorous tourist spots. Glad to have had a chance to peek into ordinary life.

here the locals make shopping of fruits, vegetables and... the prices are much cheaper than in the great market. if you want to buy paprika or fresh vegetable this is the place. otherwise there is not much to do here.

As it is said this market is not for tourists, and hence if you don’t need fruits or meat for yourself, you probably find it boring and doesn’t worth the travel. The goods are OK but not more than that. It is not beautiful, and...More

If you're not really into tacky tourist souvenirs and inflated prices, this is the place to visit. It's where the locals shop for their everyday food, drinks and baked items, and is much less touristy than the Great Market Hall in the city centre. On...More

This is a really good market hall for shopping for food ingredients to cook at home. This is not a tourist market but a really food shopping place. There are 2 levels but all the real vendors are on the ground floor, lots of fresh...More

Beautiful, fresh, cheap produce. This isn't really a tourist destination but if your a foodie, you will undoubtedly love browsing the piles of meats, fruits and veg. Bring plenty of small denomination bills/cash/notes and bags to carry all of your finds (including empty egg cartons)...More

If you want an authentic market that is frequented by locals then visit this attraction. Full to the brim downstairs with fresh food and an almost rustic atmosphere. Upstairs there's the usual tat found in a market but there are certainly bargains to be had....More

It's really rather a market than a mall, so I don't think you'd find there a laundry. But there is one nearby (at Bessenyei str. 16.) called Bubbles, check out their webpage for more information.
