Amazing building
Oct 2019
The outside features on this building are well worth seeing. It has been cleverly modernised inside and then extended which you dont realise whilst wondering around. There are normal shops in here and a few eateries and coffee stops.

Modernist architecture from the 1930s

Formerly called the Wertheim department store, this grand place opened in 1930. At the time the biggest department store in Breslau, while the steel frame work construction was unique in Europe. Due to fascist activity the Jewish Wertheim family was forced out and the condition of the building deteriorated. After WOII the complex was renovated and eventually got a new name: Renoma (renown in English), because of its glamorous past. The last renewal was undertaken in 2009 using the original 1930s expansion plans.

The result is a smooth indeed glamorous structure with stylish classical gold, black and gray colors. In contrast to the square buildings in the surroundings, the corners of Renoma facing Swidnicka street are rounded. Really sleek.

As a shopping center I found it less convincing as for me it was difficult to find my way. Moreover food outlets and restaurant options are very limited. Did not find a supermarket, though there seems to be a Biedronka.

The building is a very nice architecture. You will find it at the end of The Swidnicka street, close to the Opera House. Good shopping possibilities.

Great design

A good shopping centre with a mix of shops from the clothing to homewares. Well laid out over four floors, with some eateries on the fourth. The architecture is very striking and the modern and older dovetail well.

Shopping
Dec 2018 • Couples
While in Wroclaw we went to a nearby coffee shop and spotted this mall, so we decided to pay a visit and see if there were any good deals.
This mall is not extremely huge, but my girlfriend found some good bargains and we spent some hours wandering around.
Food-wise nothing of interesting in there, but if you like shopping and have some spare time you may definitely find something nice to buy.

Shopping centre
Dec 2018 • Couples
A lovely shopping centre at the bottom edge of town.

Run of the mill place, nothing really to distinguish it from others apart from the external facade.

Plenty of shopping options for all. We stopped off for a quick coffee and to rest our feet.

Would be a good option on a wet day to see away an hour or so.

Renoma Shopping Mall was a huge shopping mall we passed every day on our way onto the Old Town and historic centre.
On any holiday i take i detest the thought of shopping but that's just my preference but I must say I loved the look of the shopping mall ,art deco architecture always looks superb and this building certainly catches the eye, that said it's certainly popular and every time we passed this shopping mall was always extremely busy.
Easy to locate on Ul Świdnicka, the Corpus Christi Church is across the road so it's easy to find.

Good place for luxury shopping.

Renoma s.c. is the oldest shopping centre in Wrocław. Outside very nice and interesting front. Building it's not too big, but you can find there lot of luxury brands: Max Mara Weekend, Marella, Deni Cler, Marc Cain, Baldinini, Twinset, Emanuel Berg and mid - range as Massimo Dutti, Liu Jo, Armani, Michael Kors. You can find there cheaper ranges, too: Reserved or Carry or Zara. Nice restaurants of the top. Parking has got 3 or 4 levels. Have to wait for long time for lift, so quicker is to take the stairs from the parking. During summertime on the roof there is 'open air cinema'. Very nice!

Basic Mall
Jun 2018 • Solo
Set across 6 floors, this shopping centre is located about 10/15 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, an 10 minutes walk from the Old Town.
The shops here are what you would find in most shopping centres, with a mix of outlets and eateries to suit everyone.
On the ground floor you will find a food market, Rossmans chemist, an organic shop, and Go Sport to name a few.
On the Second Floor, there are a good few ladies clothes shops including Zara, TK Maxx etc.
On the Third Floor, there is a mix of both Mens and Ladies clothes stores as well as Armani Jeans and New Look.
On the Fourth Floor you will find The United Colours of Benetton store, Childrens, stores, Light Shade store and a Grycan ice cream parlour.
On the Fifth Floor, you will a multitude of places to eat and drink with Sushi, Salad and a French Connection place to choose from. There is also a big bookstore called Empik.
The Sixth Floor houses a Car Park.
