Will take you 1 hour more or less. Not too much to see but nice location and it s quite cheap, good experience

The amber history and exhibitions are very interesting. The visit to the prison cells and most of all the enactment of the tortures is very impressive. Not recommendable for children nor soon after eating.

A very nice museum in an extraordinary building (old prison). I don't know which I enjoyed more the display or the building. Amber is a new world for most of us and the exhibits and the explanations are interesting .

I love Baltic Amber and when I found out there was a whole museum dedicated to it I just had to go and I wasn't disappointed.

I understand that museums have to have set temperatures for the exhibits, however the heat was stifling, so much so that we couldn't continue viewing and had to leave the museum. Glad it was Monday that we visited as it was free entry.

Good way to while away a couple of hours if it's raining or you like amber (I do). Some interesting pieces made out of amber and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. At the end there's a shop to buy- you guessed it -...More
