This is a somber but interesting history lesson to learn about the struggles and accomplishments of the Polish people as they gained back their place in this world.

Stopped here as part of a bus tour around Gdansk, and the tour guide was quite right - If we hadn't have been taken, we wouldn't have thought to go in ourselves! Beautiful building filled with interactive displays, art, nature, photographs and other artefacts. Learnt...More

The best museum I have every visited. The solo electronic tour guide allowed you to move at your own pace through out and finish with the fantastic views from the roof.

I remember hearing all these names growing up as a kid..the best audio tour I have ever experienced the roof terrace has amazing views..a must visit in Gdansk a real memory jogger

Wow!! What an interesting place full of insights and stories. Again a place that shows the fantastic resilience and spirit of the Polish people. The audio was awesome the photos wonderful A must see museum

Amazing concept, thought provoking and inspiring , following the rise of polish break from communism, location amazing in sight of the shipyard. A must do if you have a couple of hours spare.

We spent 2 hours here while taking the audio tour. Very informative about the solidarity movement. Definitely recommend a visit while in Gdansk.

You can buy tickets there. It was not very crowded when I went contrary to other museums.
