If your a lover of forgotten stadiums look no further than this
Sep 2017
Situated to the north of Brno city centre this is a real throwback to the 1950/60's. The stadium is in ruins now but almost complete, You can climb the steps and have a look at overgrown terracing and stands, The pitch is actually cut to allow amateur teams to play on it

Not overcrowded, unlimited swimming time
Apr 2016 • Solo
I didnt go here for longer time because of really bad showers/facilities. They renovated showers and changing room - it looks much better now. A big plus is that you can choose how warm water you will take in the shower (some has 27, some 30, most of them 36/37 degrees). Pool is not overcrowded, most of the time 4-5 people swimming in a lane. Price 80 or 90 CZK, visit not limited to 1 hour - its unlimited.

Cost Effective, No Nonsense Swimming
Jul 2014 • Solo
If you're an avid swimmer and just want to get in some good lane swimming without waterpark gimmicks and little kids splashing about, this is the place for you in Brno.

Most of Brno's swimming pools charge you by the hour to enter while here you are charged a very reasonable flat rate and allowed to stay as long as you like provided there is an open lane for public swimming.

A quick visit to the facility website will tell you of the availability of swimming lanes through the week: click on "Rozpis Drah" and look at the schedule for free lengths (volne delky) or free widths (volne sirky).

The common changing area has private changing cabins and the lockers are operated with a magnetic wristband given to you when you pay admission.

The only point I can really make against it is that the interiors feel a bit dark and dated and the relaxation pool area feels distinctly unfinished. These are really minor quibbles considering you can't beat the price here for a good swim.

Additionally, there is a cafe and a swimwear shop on the premises.
