A huge experience for the entire family and a long awaited visit. Very good layout and plenty of room to move around. Fine selection of food available. The souvenir shop is very expensive though.

I loved experience of seeing the sets of all the movies that I own. I particularly liked seeing the spiders in the forest and the opportunity to fly on my broom. Even the train trip from London was pretty good.

Had amazing day out something for all ages and all Harry Potter fans. Only reason I didn’t rate 5/5 is as it was very busy and don’t think crowds are controlled very well. So busy it’s hard to take your time and look and everyone...More

It seemed to depend on how busy they they were. Even if they won't let you in the que, the gift shop is something to behold!

Just walk outside the station entrance and catch the dedicated double decker buses. You can't miss them and there are guides on hand directing you across to the buses.
