At 150 square metres this must surely be Australia’s largest chocolate shop! Adjoining our factory, the Visitor Centre is located on the edge of Adelaide’s famous parklands, just a couple of minutes drive from the city centre. As well as our standard product lines, we also offer factory seconds and discontinued lines plus additional souvenirs and gourmet foods. Factory Tours Join us for a free 20 minute tour and find out about the history of the company and get a peek at how we turn a bitter cocoa bean into delicious chocolate. Afterward, enjoy a complimentary chocolate, tea and coffee. Tours operate Monday to Saturday from 9am. Tours can be booked via our website. Groups are also catered for by special arrangement. Second visit and still find the staff very friendly & tour informative. Great choccie & they employ deaf people & train their staff in sign language. Remarkable so much is pumped out of this small factory & done by hand.

The tour of Haighs was easily booked online. The history of the chocolates outlined in an informative way without overload, and the tastings a treat. Seeing the labour of love that goes into making these chocolates was a treat, as were the tastings. Recommended.

It may be a bit pricey but good chocolate is worth it. I visit here when I have a special occasion to buy for, and I always end up spending a little on myself too. An Adelaide institution.

We booked via the visitor centre in town. As we had a day travel ticket we also caught public transport without any issues. Tour is free, well worth it.
