Different alternative and very interesting. A definate place to observe. And if you are lucky you may see the Water dragon lizards which reside on the rocks.

Did this as part of the walk round from Snapper Rocks. Views are amazing down across the coastline. Great way to end a day. The monument itself - quite tall, and as expected as per photos! Having done a lot of Captain Cook stuff (whether...More

Easy to get to with lots of scenic and surfing views. Ice cream, good cafe and art studio also there. Well worth the drive/walk along the ocean.

Fantastic views of Pacific Ocean from Kingscliff to Surfers Paradise. Ideal location to view the whale migrations and see them breaching. Very little parking, but well worth a visit. There is some seating available as well as lovely grassed areas.
