Staying or parking at Kirra or Coolangatta take the time to visit the Kirra pagoda which juts out over the sands/sea of Kirra Beach. Remember the camera and a cool drink and take time to absorb the beauty that unfolds!

High on a hill

What a perfect location to see from Surfers Paradise right along to Greenmount Beach. Great breeze most times. Easy parking and convenient to get to.

Easy drive up for great views!

Yes you can walk, however we visited in pretty inclement weather when we were driving through, so drove up for rain-covered views on the day, however still got some pretty good happy snaps, and it does offer some great views of the beaches. Well worth...More

Walk for best photo opportunities

You can’t got to Cooley without walking to Kirra Hill. Beautiful views of the coast and beyond. Awesome Instagram opportunities!

Great spot to come and watch the sunrise!

Get up here early to watch the sunrise over Coolangatta! Be here a bit before sunrise to get a good spot as it gets busy with tourists and photographers especially during the holidays. If you found this review helpful please click the YES button!

Great views

This location is a great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. Great place to stop between Coolangatta and Kirra.
