This is a good activity to do whilst in Port, the rainforest is a short drive from town and after you pay your $9.00 you go out onto a boardwalk for an easy stroll through a wonderful rainforest. The tress are massive with fantastic vegetation,...More

We went here to photograph some painted koalas, and did the rainforest walk to see them. We are not avid bush walkers, but this was an easy wander through very impressive vegetation, all on a boardwalk, making easy access for prams and slow walkers. An...More

It is a nice but long walk ... you do pay for admission to access the walk, ideal for wheelchairs as the boardwalk is nice and wide and flat from start to finish. We saw Land Mullet Lizards and a big lace moniter "Lizzard" and...More

Took the kids here to have a look. Easy walk that everyone enjoyed. Did some animal spotting and also listened to the sounds of the birds.

Great Raised Elevated Walk close to the Beach in Rainforest. Did not see any animals other than Bird life. However was a peaceful walk, a little over priced for what it is. Not a long walk, but long enough for the experience as there is...More

The entrance fee is $8 per adult which includes a guided tour. No need to book the guide in advance, just request one when you arrive, you might have to wait a few minutes but there is a gift shop to browse while waiting.
