Went on Saturday from 5:30-6:45 pm. Clean changing room. 6 pools to choose from, though two are very small round pools that are much cooler than the medium and largest pool. Popular with families and couples. All ages. Beautiful setting. Silky smooth waters. It was...More

We loved this place, especially after the chaos and run-down vibe of De Brett’s in Taupo. The attention to detail was welcome, like the stone work around the pools, the garden setting well planted out, and the friendly service. Excellent option for a wet winter’s...More

We spent an hour here on a wet day. We have been to a few hot pool and this is probably the best, due to a few different options, in terms of pools. I would imagine it can get busy here.

This place was small, refreshing and relaxing.Tucked away and near the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, I would definitely recommend a stop in after a long day. On a side note, my son's eczema improved greatly after a dip in the waters. A pleasant surprise.

We started in a private pool in which you could control the temperature, then went in all the other pools, there is a good selection at varying temperatures. Also there weren't the crowds that you have in Rotorua. Definitely worth the drive from Rotorua (about...More

Hi Julie The facility is open every day except Christmas from 10 am. I don't recall the exact price, but think it was something like $25-30 per adult for general admission. It's about 30 minutes from Rotorua
