Though this market is not as big as Queen Victoria Market, it has better variety and character than QV. Besides the usual clothings and fruits, it has more toys, crafts. What surprised me are the hair salons. Parking is scarce on a busy day though.

The market is located outside of the free tram zone however it is relatively near the CBD area. Food wise, spoiled for choice. Shopping wise, the prices can be a tad steep. In short, still worthy of a visit.

Seems more fun and better produce than the markets at Queen Victoria. Excellent quality produce with such a huge range - lots of cafes here so you don't need to eat elsewhere.

More upmarket and expensive that Queen Vic Market. Good near by parking. 30 mins walk from CBD. Would recommend the night market. Great atmosphere.
