QVB is a stunning building and one I like to visit whenever I am in the city. So many levels and stores, it would be easy to lose a day in there if you were a keen shopper. A visit at Christmas to see their...More

Loads of shops from high end Coach, Furla, Karen Millen etc to the 'basement' level with food, key cutters, juice bars and all linked to other key shopping in the CBD. And toilets!

We were here 2 weeks before Christmas so it was very busy. It’s a gorgeous building worth visiting. Lots of high end stores as well.

When in Sydney, you will probably walk along George street. Near Market street, you will spot this huge building and must make a point of going inside to see the beautiful architecture. It is now a high end shopping mall but, if you are not...More

The christmas lights, tree and building in this iconic building are wonderful. Add to this great shopping and the most amazing meals from snacks to more, this is a treat for the traveller. Plus set in a historic building.

You'd think the Queen herself was going to walk out from around a corner of this place. The shops are magnificent, great cafe's and all with a touch of panache. I recommend visiting.

Beautiful historic building converted into a bustling high end shopping centre. Also home to Parisis cafe where you can rest your feet and enjoy a quick snack and coffee.

We only had time for a bit more than a quick walk-through, but the place is an impressive collection of shops.

What a place to see. So ornate yet also practical with lots of lovely shops. Make sure you have an afternoon tea at one of the cafes & just sit, people-watch & admire the building itself.

I first visited QVB in the late 1980s and have visited a couple of times since then. There are a variety of stores in this quaint mall that is always a pleasure to visit and browse. It's by no means a big mall in comparison...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
