Many people who go to BluBar are not guests with hotel rooms. Some are, but not all. Just take the lift to the roof.

hey there! With the sydney lockout laws there aren't a huge amount of places with that kind of environment. It also depends on the type music: try soda factory, Lo-fi (the standard bowl bar)..in surry hills / darlinghurst
