Quiet drizzling day, stopped there to see what all the fighting was about in regards to planning permissions. Instead, I had a look at a none too interesting victim of the local heritage gang. It's of no particular attraction for any age group and seems...More

Situated next door to Markets. This is a great place to see how glass is modified in to things. Looks like you can actually participate in doing it under guidance.

Very little to see the day we visited and a small gallery where you can see some of the finished items, which are for sale. There is a lot to see and do in Canberra and this would be well down on my list.

Glassworks have a viewing gallery where you can watch the glass making in process. We watched a couple who had bought a lesson and were making a glass bird, what a great experience or gift for someone.

Great place for all ages to watch the glassmakers create a fabulous piece and to ask questions about it all. Grandchildren were fascinated at the change in the colour and size of the glass as it was blown, rolled, heated up, mixed with other colours...More

When I went there was on a Sunday and they were allowing visitors the chance to create their own glass balls for a cost. It’s probably in operation more during the week.
