A stroll around the various monuments and memorials on Anzac Parade is well worth the time. Budget an hour or two, depending on your level of interest, and avoid the hotter parts of the day. The views in each direction are also very impressive.

A very moving walk. The statues were amazing. Taking time to reflect on what you see, it's well worth a visit.

The walk has great monuments and art on both sides. We walked down towards lake and parliament houses, and then back up to war memorial. Great views and although not a long walk we took about an hour to do.

We drove along the Anzac Parade slowly to enable a closer look. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to stop and walk the length of the memorials.
