Most of the temples in Sri Lanka have an early morning puja starts about 0700 hours and the temple is opened till the evening. For me I left Colombo early enough to go to all the three temples and see mid day puja. If you are staying near the are you can check at the temple for local opening times or best is to plan to be there for 1030.
