Since "tripadvisor.com" states that Ehukai Beach Park is in Pupukea,Oahu,HI, then to find Ehukai Beach Park, most Tourists would ask a local the question: "Where is Pupukea" with the hope of narrowing down the location.
BUT, do not ask a local: "Where is Pupukea?" Why? A local would probably send you up to the residential village area of Pupukea, which is NOT close to Ehukai Beach Park. Instead, a visitor should ask either: "Where is Sunset Beach Elementary School?" or "Where is Banzai Pipeline?". On the makai or ocean side of Kam Hwy, you will find Ehukai Beach Park. During the surf season (winter) do not swim, unless you ask the lifeguard,as to where it is safe to swim.

We were exploring the north coast and decided to stop and check out this picturesque beach. Parking was available but limited. There were bathrooms and showers here. The beach is backed by thick tropical trees and the sand is a golden powder. The surf here is strong; it's not a swimming beach. Surfers were loving the waves. Stop by and admire this beach.

Amazing is not big enough to describe the waves. It was rough today and I now know surfers are TOUGH!!! They were out in that and having the time of their lives! It was great to video.

We arrived at this empty Beach and it was so peaceful. Absolutely beautiful and I liked to see where Blue Crush was filmed.

We visited Ehukai Beach Park in June and found it to be a typical low key Hawaiian park. There is a small parking lot that leads to a great beach with beautiful water. There wasn’t much of a crowd. I am sure it is very different in the winter with the big waves from the Banzai Pipeline. We enjoyed our brief visit and would love to return in the winter.

We had to stop by the famous Banzai pipeline beach where all the surf competitions are held in the winter. The day we were there there were no waves (June). It is a beautiful beach. There was a surf camp going on with some kids. With no waves I would imagine it would be hard to learn to surf. I can't wait to come back here in winter and see the big waves.
There is free parking (small lot), bathrooms and showers.

This is a beautiful place to park and get off your car, stretch your body and decompress from the stress of the city's traffic. The place is very windy and of course, those waves are high as a result of the winds. The place is a paradise for surfers and strong swimmers but my family and I just watched them surf and get eaten by the majestic huge waves.

this beach is really beautiful, it is a surfers paradise you can go there to take in the sand and look at the free show before you from super nnice waves to surfers getting slammed by waves and others doing their show, not really for beginners...as the sign in front of the beach testifies with the name of the people that died surfing there.

This is the best place to stop and walk down to the Banzai Pipeline surf area. Even the beach adjacent to the lot has good surfers, but veer left and you'll seen the "professionals" tackling monster waves.
