A fairly hidden beach gem. Over the years this surf hideaway has been discovered by mainly surf aficionados. Nowadays a local landowner exploits a piece of land as a parking lot and there are solid staircases that lead you down to the beaches. Still don’t...More

The beach is located around 45 minutes from the centre of Santander and it's easily accessible by car. There is a 'private car park' for 3€ there but no one was operating it as it was late September and probably an off season time so...More

Fabulous sands, exciting waves and interesting people - mainly surfers! A flight of steps down to the beach, so not for the fainthearted, and no facilities when you get there - but well worth it.

Two beautiful beaches in one. There's the small Langre and the large Langre Beach, on low tide both are connected. Very beautiful.

Reputedly the best beach in Cantabria. Lovely golden sand, very natural, no chiringuitos or facilities in sight, loads of space and few people so nice. We really liked it, however, don't think this is the best; that title goes to Playa de Bellerin in my...More

What a wonderful beach Langre is....remote from the busy beaches around Santander Bay, beautiful to look at, clear water which was really quite warm in late June and good parking. Langre Beach is not supervised by lifeguards and there are no toilet facilities however it...More
