I used the Chill Factore for a ski lesson, the staff were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, and they go out their way to help you. Which I feel is becoming very scarce in the service industry nowadays.

We took our 5 and 8 year old boys today and had a great time. You get 15 mins on each of the 3 zones (donuts, snow luge, sledges) and it was plenty time for our boys. Maybe older children would like more time though? The guide...More

I booked a 50 min taster day for me and my daughter. She wanted to try skiing so I did that to. They told us to arrive there 45 mins before my start time. I thought this was so they could teach you the basics...More

Great visit. Half slope was closed due to even on. The lift was super busy at the start of our 2 hour pass but lessons finished after an hour so less waiting. Mini moose land was quiet as it was morning on Sunday .

Just to update, it was fine! The snow luge chute has been altered so it's now suitable for 4 years and up if they go on the double sled and it's not that fast. We had a great time.
