Hello, yes the tour is fully accessible for wheelchair users with a lift to take visitors up to the Factory Tour and Master Craft Studio. You can see our full access statement on our website.

It isn't a factory any more, sadly, just a museum geared towards tourists . The wheel chair user will find it easy to get round the exhibits and the staff are very helpful.One of my party got'lost' and the staff put out... More
