About
ABCD Concepts is lifestyle marketing tourism start-up based in the heart of Khayelitsha. Our mission is to express the experiences and interactions of people and businesses within communities through physical activity. To do this we offer various tour experiences, such as joining us for a 10KM run that takes us to breakfast at the famous Spinach king for breakfast. A cycling session to visit some of the most vibrant spaces vibrant spaces, from coffee, history, education and food. Or simply joining us for a nightlife experience where we dance to good music eat great food and make memorable memories together. Our goal is to give each and every guest a once in a life time experience, where they feel like locals and they are immersed in our lifestyle.

It was a wonderful experience to cook and eat . with the locals . The people were very warm and friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The combination with the township tour was also great!

Buntu and Ayanda are beyond amazing! They cultivated worthwhile experiences of Khayelitsha through Groove ekasi (wine tasting, local food, and party) and a biking tour (truly see the township and try the only coffee place). If you want to worry about nothing and have a phenomenal time, I highly recommend booking with them.

It was a blast! We went on a tour with Ayanda and Buntu. They grew up here and know everything about the history and the place itself. Plus they are cool and funny guys. We also had a break at a local Café.

Great township tour guided by Ayanda and Buntu, our fun guides who shared very interesting insights about the Khayelitsha township. The locals were extremely open and friendly, we had great conversations and learned about the history of South Africa and its townships. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the cycling tour hosted by Ayanda and Buntu. They are knowledgeable, considerate and very welcoming. The tour included a relaxed cycle with stops at a monument, hotel, restaurant and an overview of surrounding areas. We really left feeling like we had visited two friends who had taken us on a tour in their neighbourhood. We felt safe and taken care of. We can only highly recommend.

Ayanda and Buntu were amazing to meet and spend time with. The bike tour was one of the most valuable experiences of our trip. They made sure everything was well planned and comfortable. We learned a tremendous amount about Khayelitsha and gained unique perspective that I’m thrilled to take home with me. Highly recommended!

Loved this cycling tour of Khayelitsha!! If you visit Cape Town I really believe it’s imperative that you at least visit one of the townships. It’s important to see the REAL South Africa and understand it’s people, culture, and history. This cycling tour is an amazing way to do that. Ayanda (our guide) is passionate about promoting the Khayelitsha community and life and you will leave the tour with your eyes opened. Highly recommend.

I am a local CapeTonian and I thoroughly enjoyed this bike ride. It felt like I was visiting another city all together, such a sense of community and culture. I enjoyed Buntu and Ayanda’ insights and opinions they are fantastic guys and excellent experience hosts. Totally loved this awesome morning out. Will be gathering my friends to join in.

Ayanda and Buntu gave us an unforgettable tour. They gave us an amazing insight into township life and made us feel super comfortable to ask all our questions. We cannot recommend this tour enough.
