A really lovely steam train station at the end of the line for the Worth Valley trains. We got tickets for a return to Keighley for £11 each the chance to get off at any station to look around before completing the journey. A nostalgic...More

I’ve got train mad kids so a cute little platform with a buffet car for food and drinks went down a treat (as did the open fire in the ticket room on a cold winters day). They loved the hall opposite with carriages, trains, a...More

A place to visit when in the surrounding area. A piece of history. It's very interesting to step back in time.

Very clean and tidy. Well kept little station obviously loved by the people working there who are all friendly and welcoming. It’s worth paying the tiny 50p charge to go onto the platform which is wonderful. The little buffet cafe is also worth a visit.

It's quite expensive for a return ticket, we paid £30.00 for 4 of us, which is a little extortionate considering the train is a little "grubby". Our table had coffee stains and lots of rust and chewing gum. The heater was broken. The train seas...More

I called in here after walking on the moors because they have toilets and a cafe. Both were most welcome and I had a hot bacon sandwich which was excellent. There is also a museum sheds with steam engines and carriages which you can look...More

This station is truly a trip back in time into the fifties and early sixties as a small country station would have been during that era. Even has working gas lamps on the platform and open coal fires heating the booking office area. Then the...More
