Incredible mass of concrete, you can see semi-collapsed battery equipped with preserved gun. Also there is a very nice museum describing the history of the battery. Text guide is available in English language. Visited in 9/2012

Really worth a visit. Well laid out with footpaths and very visitor friendly. Extremely quiet visitor attraction Unbelievable to think it was only recent rediscovered. Good value for money.

Another place to get the D day spine chilling experience. This site is well laid out and it is possible to go inside German bunkers and think what it must have been like for all those involved in the invasion.
