Off the highway - outside of Palma — and down a one lane road lies this noble restored estate. For us our visit was a fun and fascinating look at a restored and still working Spanish manor. We visited as part of our Regent cruise...More

In driving around the island, we stumbled on this real gem. How fascinating to learn about life over the last two hundred years there. Beautiful facilities and very helpful staff. If you have the time, make a stop to this very interesting place.

In this beautiful historical mansion in the countryside you really get a flavor of how life was in Mallorca in the old times, both for noblemen and for peasants. Worth a visit.

Else Calderers is one of Mallorcas hidden gems. A beautiful old house with lovely gardens. It only has a very small and limited cafe but the lady who was running it was very helpful and friendly.
