As a non cyclist I joined our group for the Experience. I hired a great bike and then the fun began. The guides Mario and Frans were always on point and I felt very comfortable throughout trip. The food and service was of a world class standard! We also encountered so much game and saw elephant, lion , cheetah, giraffe , zebra and so much more. For all cyclists and non cyclists I highly recommend and looking forward to going back.

The only way to get up close to wildlife ! This cycle adventure should be on everyone’s bucket list . It’s not a mountainbike race , it’s a holiday where you are acutely aware of just how small and insignificant you are next to an elephant . Herds of Wildebeest charge next to you , giraffe gaze curiously as you cycle past , the list of animals you will see is impressive . You always feel safe as the group is professionally guided , yet you’re always aware that you are in the heart of the bush and your heart is always pounding . This is no luxury lodge , this is getting back to nature with good friends , great food and the furtherest away from the city you can get . Get some mates together and book , you won’t regret it

The most amazing MTB holiday with the family. Our guide Mario and P man were excellent - very knowledgeable and great fun !! Huge thank you to Miriam, Martha , France and Jupiter who were amazing at making us very comfortable and well fed at camp. Mosa was also a real champion. Claire and Alister you guys have a fantastic tour going and so lucky to be doing what you do. We couldn’t have expected more! Highly recommend Cycle Mashatu 👏👏👏

If you’re into mountain biking and are looking for something a bit different, then this is it. A simply amazing few days spent in the company of expert guides Mosa and Mario, with the help of the driving and kitchen staff Ephraim, Kenny and Jupiter. Incredible biking on different terrain in the remote Mashatu game reserve, superb opportunities to mingle with the wildlife, and you never know what you’re going to encounter around the next tree or bush. 2 great wilderness camps, wonderful food provided by Miriam and Martha – and the option to stay (as we did on the last night) in the incredible Mashatu Lodge. I’ve biked a lot all over the world, and I have to say that this was the most awesome time I’ve ever had on a bike.
