The promenade makes for a lovely relaxing walk - daytime or evening. Evening is cooler and is usually a destination for many walking after dinner. The promenade has numerous restaurants and bars along its length. The 18th Hole sports bar is especially worth visiting for...More

Very comfortable for strollers and small children as traffic free, walking by the sea while the sun sets is a real pleasure. Many restaurants, bars and shops here. A nice way to spend the evening

A fab walk right along the beach. We managed with a pram very easily as there are ramps that run alongside any stairs. Plenty of small snack stalls along the walk as well as some lively bar, club and shopping areas running off it.

This is a lively beach, popular with locals, tourists and families. Lots of restaurants and underground parking behind. There are also loos and a supermarket. The beach has a lot of rocks at each end which tend to be quieter.

We started our walk with lunch at La Proa Casa Reyes at Meloneras beach (which was great - see my separate review for that under the restaurant's own tripadvisor page) and then decided to walk all the way from there to Maspalomas. It was a...More

This is a great promenade - clean, level, with adequate seating. As you stroll along there are cafes, shops, and a supermarket. At certain times street artists are performing. A really pleasant walk to chill and enjoy the sea and the sun.

Nice old light house and access to the beach and dunes, plenty of places to grab a meal and a coffee or something more refreshing. Not to many hotels around so plenty of open spaces and a small exclusive shopping centre. Well worth a visit...More

Yes it is a nice walk along a motorway of a path. Meloneras was the quieter end and the complex that housed the restaurant promenade was partly closed but most of the restaurants were fine and the beach more peaceful more... More
