I was in the area and on my final night before a lot trip back to Calais from Bad Aibling. So I decided to go here. The first things that struck me was that the staff were very friendly, had a good command of English and the place was very clean, the changing rooms included. I went on the late ticket which cost €21/£18. This was basically 7pm until 10pm (close). The outdoor spa pool was very nice to relax in as was the pool that had relaxing music playing in the water. It was very calming. There were other pools too. I didn't try the sauna but the steam room was like the rest of the establishment; very clean indeed. I left feeling refreshed and my skin was very soft, especially my face bit maybe that was because my hands had wrinkled so much. If I ever find myself back in Bad Aibling I will be going again. It was very nice. Recommend.

It was supposes to be a relaxing day although the working hours were reduced. It is understandable that people who work in December 31st also have families. Unfortunately the small kids took a bit longer to get ready ( the showers were not all working properly, had to wait for a free shower). That a disappointment was it at the end as at first an elderly receptionist could not wait a few minutes for the children and called a younger guy you let all the dogs out shouting si much and so angrily that he needs to go home immediately!!!! The young girl who must have been around 4 got so scared thar she had to run away and lock herself in a changing room. So far to the friendly stuff 😊 They must really be struggling to get good people to work. After having ordered a sweet Kaiserschmarren we got some very salty one. The kitchen stuff have mixed it up “ sugar and salt “ look pretty much the same😀 but at least they apologized. After having written a Google review about rude people working at the reception have seen all of a sudden lots of reviews about very friendly stuff. I really hope they do have some friendly employees and we were just very unlike to have met the guy who nearly scared the kid to death.
