A short climb up to the highest church in Southern England, still carries out services or worth a look anyway.

Atmospheric stone church built on top of a Dartmoor Tor. Breathtaking views. 360 degrees. The church is said to be built on the St Michael leyline. We definitely felt some positive energy vibrations as we prayed alone in the evening light. There is no gas...More

This is an outstanding little church on the top of a very prominent tor. Bit of a stiff climb up but well worth the effort. Fabulous views from the top.

Once you have trecked up the hill to access this very old but still used place of worship- the circular view is wonderful and you can literally smell the history when you enter what is a very small church, but a real privilege to sit...More

We very lucky to attended a Wedding at St Michael's church. It's location gives fantastic views over Dartmoor and whilst it's quite a trek up to the Church itself it's well worth the effort. Car parking with public toilets are located 5 minutes away.
