Glimpse of French ruled India can be experienced. Good collection and good maintenance. The place is located at the bank of river Ganga. Such a nice destination for one day tour.

Chandannagar Museum is the oldest museum in the West Bengal .The facility of the museum is good . It is for all family member.

Beautiful thing about Chander Nagar is that the watchable places are few distance a part .From Strand ,museum & Church we get the reflection of French architecture and terracotta designs.

It is situated on Strand Road. Very interesting and historical . we can learn a lot about French Culture . Good architectural design.

Chandannagore Museum remains open from 11 A.M. to 5-30 P.M. everyday except on Thursday , Saturday and govt holidays. Entry fee for the Indian citizens is Rs.5.00 and it is Rs.20.00 for foreigners.
