We had a great time seal snorkeling on the "Sea Otter" with Graeme and Carel. They made sure we had all of our gear and gave us a tour of the bay as we headed out to the seal rock. The seals were active and interested in us which made for a great experience. Would recommend Oceans Africa for seal snorkeling, whale watching, sunset cruise or whatever takes you to Simons Town.

After having lived in Glencairn for 5 years, I thought I knew every nook and cranny of this side of the mountain. But a boat ride with Graeme of Oceans Africa across Simons Town to the granite reef of Roman Rock Lighthouse transformed our perspective. A seasoned skipper with a treasure-chest of tales about toil and perseverance, Graeme enthralled us with his historical knowledge about this historic landmark and engineering feat (Roman Rock is the only SA lighthouse built on a single rock). We were also entertained by cavorting marine life on Seal Island while marvelling at the kelp forests that nurture the ocean's ecosystem. From the bottomless azure of the ocean to the intractable granite of the magnificent surrounds, Oceans Africa provided the perfect blend of Blues meeting Rock.

As soon as I touched down in Durban everything was planned and taken care of. Graeme has been diving the wild coast for a while and knows the people and places that make unique trips. By the end of the trip I felt I was traveling with a friend more then a tour.

if you are looking for a boat trip in Cape Town, down look any further! Greame is a great person! We had plenty of fun with him and his boat. The trip for dolphins and seals was great! He was able to track hundreds of them! What a great experience!

Amazing boat trip with Oceans Africa around the Cape Town! We have seen plenty of water animals including dolphins and seals! Look no further! This is the place!

Best boat charter in Simon's Town hands down. Graeme is an incredibly experienced, professional and knowledgeable skipper and really makes you feel welcome and safe on the boat. Whether it's a sunset cruise, a scuba experience or going to dive with seals, watch whales, or watch penguins hunting. He also has an aquafoil for the more adventurous divers. Highly recommend going out with Graeme if you want to see the best of Cape Town's oceans.

We booked a 3 Hour day-trip. Launched out of Simonstown. It was a great experience. The skipper (Graeme) was welcoming, knowledgeable and made it a perfect experience.

We had a tour organised for the group of 25 by Graeme from Oceans Africa Tour - and it was a highlight of our trip! first of all, Graeme was very helpful with suggestions - we wanted to visit a winery on the way from Whale watching back to Cape Town and he recommended a good place that could accommodate our big group – Wildekrans Wine Estate just 30-40 min from Hermanus! Also, the weather was a bit windy and the ocean was choppy – we had a great day out on the boat with a lot of chances to see whales, with the informative guide and helpful crew. We, also, had a comfortable coach booked for us and Graeme was listening to our requests on the day and amending the itinerary on the go! The communication prior to the tour was prompt, I would definitely recommend using Oceans Africa for Groups and individual tours out of Cape Town.

Who knew that you could just walk off a beach and dive with prehistoric sharks? Well Graeme and the Ocean's Africa team of course!
Spent a couple of days diving with Ocean's Africa off Miller's Point in Cape Town looking for the somewhat elusive sevengill shark and loved it. We did shore dives that were really well planned but also really laid back which suited me as an underwater photographer. Not only did I have sevengill sharks swimming right beneath me but Graeme was guiding us and was great at pointing out all of the amazing sea life there is to see in the Cape.
Would really recommend Ocean's Africa, especially for international divers looking for a professional and friendly service.

Hello, is it also possible to find a diving - tour without sharks? My 15 years old daughter has already 20 dives and the OWD and I have 40 dives and the AOWD. So we are a little scare about sharks. So can you offer us sth.else?

Hi Elka. Sightings of large pelagic sharks in South Africa are mostly confined to recognised areas – either rest areas or where food is most abundant, so if you avoid these places there is very little chance of seeing sharks. Most species are totally harmless so you shouldn't be concerned if you do see one. If you send me an e-mail we can discuss some options for you. Best regards for now, Graeme
