Glorious church started in mid 1300s. Absolutely stunning painted wooden ceiling from 1500s. Really enjoyed the experience

Historical Church built >1350, very well maintained. Located in a fortified city of Naarden. > 1510 a wooden ceiling depicting the scenes of the New & Old Testament was added.

Outside quite a regular church in a very nice little town inside offers really impressive views. Worth seeing!

This church has a restored wooden ceiling with very nice paintings. Sit down and use a mirror to study the colorful paintings without getting neck pain. It is also possible to visit the tower, which gives a great view of the fortress of Naarden.

The highlight of this church is the wooden ceiling. It is stained rather than painted. Bring binoculars. After exploring this treat, now look down at the floor tombstones.

Situated in the historical centre of Naarden, this church is well worth a visit. Walk around it and leet your kids find and count the old cannonballs still lodged in the walls. And there are a few as well lodged in the inside walls. probably...More
