Beautiful frescoes in this little church. Unfortunately there is no sign of any information or explanation about the history.

You are not allowed to enter this church if your legs are uncovered. There is a basket of wraps that you can drape around yourself. A rather unsympathetic priest orders you to remove hats and adjust your leg coverings. The main interior justifies the church's...More

I will start by saying I am a Christian and attend church every week. If someone came to our church wearing a bikini and acted in a disrespectful way, we would probably not be too happy. But someone wearing modest knee length shorts and a...More

Reminiscent of the churches in Rome you need to cover up free sarongs available a donation is great fully accepted. You could miss it if you weren’t aware it’s tucked in the middle of the village.

A truly beautiful church in the heart of the village. Be prepared to cover any bare skin with sarongs and headscarves, although a plentiful supply is available to borrow just outside the church. Inside no photography is allowed so take the time to enjoy and...More

This is a gorgeous small church heavily decorated with paintings on the wall inside, and a gorgeous pebble mosaic floor. Do not miss it.
